Warranty Request

Northland Lacrosse offers a six-month warranty on all products purchased directly from our website and will replace (or provide an equal value replacement for) any products that break or become unusable under normal playing conditions within six months of the original purchase date. Proof of purchase must be provided in order to process a claim. Chips and scratches are not covered under the warranty, as they are to be expected during regular use.

Warranty Claim Instructions:

1. Fill out the Warranty Claim form.
2. Your claim will be reviewed and a member of our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible with details and the next steps to take.​
3. Once your claim is processed, we will ship the replacement as soon as possible.
